  McKaela is the office assistant at Superior 24/7 Restoration, where she assists with AR duties and scheduling. Known for her bright personality and exceptional organizational skills, McKaela plays a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly. She is also a dedicated member of the US Army serving as a Certified Combat Medic.

 With 6 years of experience in the restoration industry and IICRC certifications, Thomas is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. He leads his team at Superior 24/7 Restoration, ensuring each project is executed with skill and attention to detail. 

 As an IICRC-certified Journeyman Water Restorer and Project Manager, Alex ensures every restoration project is completed with organization, efficiency, and clear communication. He works closely with clients and the restoration team to keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and leadership. 

 Irael has been a valued member of the Superior 24/7 Restoration team since 2022. With a strong passion for customer satisfaction, Irael is highly skilled and caring, always going above and beyond to meet client needs. His positive attitude and ability to boost team morale make him a key asset to the team.
